I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have experience supporting children, teens, and adults. I began my career as a Registered Behavior Technician, using ABA techniques with children diagnosed with autism. During my graduate training, I gained experience in an inpatient crisis setting, working with children and teens with a range of needs. For the past two years, I have worked in private practice, primarily using cognitive, behavioral, and play-based approaches with children and adolescents. With adults, I draw on cognitive, behavioral, and interpersonal approaches. I tailor therapy to each client’s goals, strengths, and clinical needs.
