I have a background in working with clients that are often at the intersection of multiple defining contexts such as ethnicity, race, socioeconomic status, sexual identity, gender identity, and immigration status. I aim for cultural sensitivity while being an advocate for my clients helping them navigate through challenging times. I am passionate about IFS, neuropsychology, polyvagal theory, humanistic psychology, and non-anthropocentric eco-therapy. My approach is highly embedded in psychodynamic therapy.
