I specialize in supporting clients to resolve anxiety, depression, and stress. Life is full of transitions, and I work with teens, young adults, adults, parents, and couples to find ways to navigate these transitions with clarity and resilience. I practice Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help my clients approach their thoughts and emotions with acceptance and flexibility, enabling them to commit to their values and create a meaningful life. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to help individuals and couples deepen their understanding of themselves and the people most important to them. I take a compassionate and collaborative approach to create a welcoming environment that supports clients in discovering their path forward. I completed my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling as well as my bachelor’s degree in Counseling and Human Services at The University of Scranton. I have several years of experience working in outpatient mental health settings and private practice, where I have focused on creating treatment plans that are tailored to the unique needs of clients and their community circles.
