Introduction

I'm a relational therapist grounded in the belief that healing happens through genuine connection between yourself and with others. I work with individuals, couples, and groups across the lifespan, from young adults through elders, supporting people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, and life's most challenging moments. I'm especially committed to creating an affirming space for LGBTQIA+ clients. My approach draws from multiple evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy- tailored to what resonates with you. I prioritize your self-determination and emotional expression, meeting you where you are without judgment. I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions and accept Aetna insurance as well as out-of-network arrangements with or without superbilling. I'm currently accepting new clients and would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
