I specialize in improving the management of chronic stress, calming an anxious overworked mind, and reducing unexplained shifts in mood or sadness. I am passionate about helping others gain their voice, communicate more openly, navigate life transition, and find healing from loss or trauma. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, holistic, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+-affirming. Alongside evidence-based treatments such as CBT and DBT, I lean towards a gentle but active, direct strength-based approach. I strongly endorse the positive influences of nature, movement, and our animal companions in sustaining emotional wellness.
