Introduction

Too often life is full of turning points- times when you have to start over or make a big decision, whether by choice or circumstance. Change is hard, whether it's expected or not. Support and empowerment are both keys to not only surviving, but also using these experiences to make you stronger. With these keys, the turning points in life can be maneuvered successfully. I have over ten years of experience working with children, teenagers, and adults who have goals ranging from stress management, to anxiety reduction, to crisis de-escalation/suicide prevention. My passion is helping others work through experiences and learn new tools to be successful. My goal is to help you find your path, whether that means getting back on the path or discovering a new path all together. Your journey is unique and special and I would be honored to be a part of it. I have recently also added an intern to my practice who is available for low-cost therapy.
