As You Are Counseling was created to be human-centered, inclusive, and trauma-informed. As You Are prioritizes evidence-based interventions as well as flexibility, because no single approach fits all problems. I am licensed to offer counseling services and supervision services for LPCs in the state of Ohio. ~ I offer sliding scale fee discounts for any clients or supervisees with financial support needs. I am passionate about helping you to connect to your own values, personal strengths, and community/family resources to cope with life’s challenges. I strive for antiracism and social equity within my practice. That means I will bring my trainings and mental health experience to the table (or couch), while you remain the expert on your life and your needs. Outside of work I love cooking, exploring new places, watching horror movies, and quality time with friends and family. I look forward to meeting you!
