My approach has been described as warm, open, and collaborative. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with expertise in treating adults and teens. Prior to founding my private practice, I was a Clinical Assistant Professor at Stanford University. I know that choosing to work on yourself may not be easy. My clients inspire me with their courage to seek help and their willingness to work hard to improve their lives. I would be honored to partner with you to help you reach your goals. I’d love to schedule a free 15-min consultation call to get to know you. I have specialized training in the treatment of stress, mood, anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD, perinatal/postpartum mental health, body image and disordered eating, and multicultural diversity. I also have extensive experience working with clients on effective communication and interpersonal relationships, life transitions, identity, and grief/loss. I use various evidence-based interventions, which are treatments shown to be effective via research. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Prolonged Exposure (PE). I also serve as a consultant for digital health startups.
