Introduction

Hello, I’m Aisha Brooks. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a focus on Military Resilience and bring over twenty-five years of experience supporting individuals through life transitions, workplace stress, and personal challenges with compassion and respect. I work from a culturally responsive lens that honors each client’s identity, values, and lived experience. With more than twenty years in diversity, equity, and inclusion work, I am committed to creating a therapeutic space rooted in psychological safety, trust, and understanding. I provide LGBTQ+ affirming therapy, offering a safe, inclusive, and validating environment for individuals of all sexual orientations and gender identities. As the spouse of an active-duty Army Chaplain and Navy veteran, I also bring insight into the unique experiences of military members and their families. My goal is to support healing, clarity, and meaningful personal growth in a space where clients feel seen and empowered.
