Hello, I’m Aisha Brooks. I am a counseling professional with a background in Psychology and a concentration in Military Resilience. As an active-duty military spouse, I have firsthand experience with the unique challenges that military life can bring, including deployments, relocations, family transitions, and the demands of balancing personal and professional responsibilities. I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. My areas of focus include couples counseling, premarital counseling, military service members, veterans, military families, older adults, and individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds. I am especially committed to serving BIPOC and LGBTQIA+ communities through culturally responsive, affirming, and inclusive care. With more than twenty-five years of experience helping people through personal and professional transitions, I bring empathy, authenticity, and a collaborative approach to the counseling relationship. I believe each person’s story is unique, and I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to build on their strengths, deepen their relationships, and achieve their goals. Whether you are facing relationship concerns, life transitions, identity exploration, stress, anxiety, or challenges related to military life, I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth.
