I am a multilingual (French, Urdu & Hindi) trauma therapist and specialize in working with college-aged students and adults. I support my clients in their struggles related to trauma recovery and minority identity issues. I help people develop a sense of belonging to themselves and their world by co-creating a trusting, warm and insightful space through respect and curiosity. My clinical approach is rooted in an intersectional and anti-oppression framework. This means that I often name systems and their relation to symptoms in our work. I empower clients in developing an integrated, authentic and accepting sense of self. My work draws from experiential, trauma-informed modalities including Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Through my work, I have had the honor of witnessing wholehearted healing and powerful growth arcs. I am mindful of the complexities and richness that one’s journey can bring and am committed to navigating this alongside you. I lean into my work by acknowledging the intention and courage that it requires to seek support and I welcome the opportunity to connect with you.
