Introduction

You may find yourself feeling overwhelmed, carrying experiences from the past that continue to shape your present, or struggling to feel understood and connected in your relationships. You may be an individual or couple feeling stuck in cycles that no longer serve you, yet unsure how to create meaningful change. Therapy can be an opportunity to examine the challenges, emotions, and patterns that may feel difficult to make sense of on your own. I believe meaningful growth begins with curiosity, empowerment, and recognizing the strengths and resources you already carry. As a Licensed Registered Nurse with over fifteen years in the medical field, I bring an understanding of the important connection between mind and body when considering our overall wellness. This perspective has been particularly meaningful in my peripartum work, where the emotional and physical experiences of this season of life can be deeply connected. My hope is to offer a warm, approachable, and collaborative space where you can feel safe to show up as your most authentic self. Together, we’ll explore emotions and unpack experiences and patterns, while also developing practical tools and resources to help you navigate day-to-day struggles.
