I’m a licensed clinical social worker and the founder of Jubilee Holistic Counseling & Consulting LLC, a virtual therapy practice serving adults who are navigating trauma, mood disorders, chronic stress, and identity-related challenges. While I center the experiences of BIPOC individuals in my work, I provide inclusive, affirming care to anyone seeking meaningful change and emotional clarity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded—I offer a space that honors your lived experience while helping you build clarity, coping tools, and emotional resilience. I use a range of evidence-based therapies tailored to each client’s needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and, when appropriate, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for treatment of PTSD & trauma-related concerns. Sessions are structured yet flexible, responsive to what matters most to you in the moment. Healing, to me, means helping you reconnect to your own power, agency, and sense of stability. I aim to create a space where you don’t have to explain the unspoken, where you’re met with honesty and care, and where you can do the real work of shifting from survival into a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and self-directed.
