Introduction
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Jubilee Holistic Counseling & Consulting. I help clients slow down, feel understood, and begin making sense of what they’ve been carrying. There are seasons in life where you find yourself carrying more than your share—being the strong one, the dependable one, the one who figures it out. Over time, that kind of strength can come at a cost. It can look like exhaustion that doesn’t go away, relationships that feel heavy, or a quiet sense that you’ve lost connection with parts of yourself along the way. You don’t have to keep pushing through like that. My work is rooted in helping you create room to understand what you’ve been carrying and make sense of it. We look at your experiences with care and context—understanding that many of the ways you’ve learned to cope were necessary at the time, even if they no longer serve you now. As a Black woman raised in the South, I bring a culturally grounded and trauma-informed lens—one that honors both your lived experience and the larger systems that have shaped it.
