Introduction

I am a licensed clinical psychologist offering depth-oriented psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, and life transitions. My work is informed by psychodynamic and Jungian traditions, with EMDR integrated to support emotional processing and lasting change. I help you understand the deeper roots of your struggles, including unconscious patterns, early relational experiences, and internal conflicts that shape your emotional life and relationships. Rather than focusing only on symptom relief, therapy invites a deeper engagement with your inner world, where meaning, loss, and transformation can be explored. I draw insight from four decades of lived experience in business, music, holistic practices, and cross-cultural traditions, which continue to shape how I listen and attune to the complexity of your experience. I am also a contributing author to Transdisciplinary Migrations: Science, the Sacred, and the Arts, where I explore the Transcultural Unconscious—the ways ancestral, cultural, and historical inheritances continue to live within the psyche. Integrating ancient wisdom from Eastern, Western, and Indigenous traditions with depth psychology informs how I understand psychological suffering and healing. I believe healing unfolds across many layers, including emotional, relational, somatic, energetic, cultural, and ancestral dimensions. This work invites you to engage more fully with your inner world, where shifts in awareness can gradually transform how you relate to yourself and others, and how you experience your relationships, work, and life more broadly—allowing what once felt fragmented or overwhelming to become more integrated, vital and resonant. Therapy offers a space to develop a more meaningful relationship with suffering, to remain with and gradually transform what is difficult, allowing new ways of relating to your experience to emerge and deepening intimacy with yourself and others. I offer a free 15-minute initial consultation via Zoom. Please contact me with your availability.
