Introduction

I am a licensed mental health counselor offering depth-oriented psychotherapy informed by Jungian and relational perspectives. I work with adults who feel emotionally overwhelmed, depleted, disconnected from themselves, or stuck in familiar life patterns—especially those who spend much of their lives caring for others. This stuckness may appear as repeating emotional cycles such as self-doubt or over-responsibility, relationship patterns of giving more than receiving or feeling unseen, or career uncertainty marked by burnout, loss of direction, or difficulty moving toward meaningful change. Many of my clients are thoughtful, compassionate people who have learned to place others’ needs first while gradually losing touch with their own inner life. In our work together, we gently explore the patterns, emotions, dreams, and relationship experiences that shape how you understand yourself and move through the world. I see symptoms not simply as problems to eliminate, but as meaningful expressions of the psyche that invite reflection and change. This deeper, reflective process can support movement out of stuck places and toward greater clarity, balance, authenticity, and a fuller sense of inner wholeness. I work best with individuals ready for sincere self-exploration and lasting inner change. If this approach resonates with you, please reach out to set up a consultation. —I would be honored to walk alongside you in this work.
