With over 13 years of experience in social services, I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My background includes working with individuals experiencing mood disorders, psychotic disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, anger management challenges, as well as providing parental support and community resource coordination. I specialize in supporting behavioral and emotional regulation and have over a year of experience in a substance use treatment setting, working with individuals navigating addiction and recovery. My approach is grounded in empathy, respect and a nonjudgmental perspective, with a commitment to helping individuals and families achieve meaningful, lasting change. My long-term goal is to establish a comprehensive mental health and addiction recovery center to serve diverse community needs.
