Introduction

Hi, and welcome! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate with a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy. My work is shaped by both my clinical training and personal experience, which helps me stay grounded, practical, and genuinely attuned to the people I work with. I support couples, individuals, and families navigating relationship challenges, anxiety, burnout, trauma, and life transitions. My style is collaborative and straightforward—I use the Gottman Method and Emotionally Focused Therapy to help couples reconnect and communicate more clearly, and I incorporate Gestalt work to bring awareness to patterns as they’re happening, not just in hindsight. I also work with maternal mental health, parenting, and adolescents. My approach is trauma-informed, and when it’s helpful, I offer EMDR to support deeper processing and lasting change. At the core, I aim to create a space that feels both comfortable and focused, where you can slow down, make sense of what’s going on, and begin to move forward in a way that feels steady and realistic.
