You may be navigating stress, identity questions, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck. Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, but reaching out is a meaningful step toward clarity and growth. You do not have to navigate it alone. Hi there, my name is Alaina! I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) dedicated to creating a warm, collaborative space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I believe that a strong therapeutic alliance built on trust, authenticity, and rapport is the foundation for meaningful change. I work with clients across the lifespan and integrates person-centered therapy, mindfulness practices, and interpersonal process therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to explore patterns that may be maladaptive, strengthen connection to personal values, and build practical tools to move forward with clarity and intention. I earned my Master’s in Clinical Professional Counseling from Loyola University Maryland. I am committed to providing culturally responsive, affirming care and supporting individuals from marginalized communities. I consider it an honor to walk alongside clients in their growth and healing.
