Life transitions, relationship struggles, and family changes can leave people feeling stuck or disconnected. I work with individuals and couples who want to strengthen their relationships, navigate major life transitions, and build healthier patterns at home. As a former Army paratrooper with combat experience, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges veterans and their families face. I work with veterans and their spouses on issues such as reintegration after military service, communication difficulties, and rebuilding connection after the stress of military life. I also work with couples, blended families, and individuals navigating relationship conflict, parenting stress, and life transitions. Before becoming a therapist, I spent five years as an elementary school teacher, which shaped my understanding of child development and family dynamics. I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and have clinical experience working in both pediatric and oncology medical settings, supporting individuals and families facing significant life and health challenges. For clients who desire it, I also offer Christian counseling and incorporate faith and spiritual values into the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a supportive and practical space where clients can work through challenges, strengthen relationships, and move toward lasting change
