Introduction

If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or frustrated with patterns that don’t seem to change, you’re not alone. Many people come to therapy tired of spinning their wheels—thinking a lot about their problems but not seeing real progress. These things show up as depression or anxiety or worse, or sometimes just as "I'm not okay." I provide practical, focused therapy for people who want things to improve. Our work will be collaborative and grounded in approaches that help you understand what’s going on, identify what’s keeping you stuck, and build skills you can use in real life. Sessions are structured enough to create direction, but flexible enough to meet you where you are. I tend to work best with people who are ready to engage honestly, take ownership of their growth, and try new ways of responding to their lives. If that sounds like you, we may be a good fit.
