I have a person-centered approach to therapy. My main goal is to create a safe and supportive environment, so you can begin taking steps towards healing and change. I believe therapy should always be collaborative. Engaging with one another in the therapeutic relationship is essential and I believe therapy should never feel forced. It is very important for me to meet you where you are in your readiness to heal, change, and grow. I warmly welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds including the LGBTQ community, International Students or Residents, and Veterans. I welcome those struggling with: Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Bereavement , ADHD, Spiritual and Religious Concerns, Family Issues, Career Concerns, and Trauma as a result of physical or emotional abuse. I addition I work with those who are in recovery or who are just starting their journey of recovery from alcohol or drug use disorders. I also enjoy working with those who are in the healing and helping profession. I am currently working toward certification in EMDR.
