Introduction

Hello! I am glad you are here with us. I founded Declassified Daydreams in 2026 after working in the field for 10 years. We have a team of therapists who are eager to get to know you and assist you on your journey to wellness. Declassified Daydreams offers an integrative approach to mental health therapy. Our therapists often draw from a range of evidence-based modalities and tailor each session to the unique needs, experiences, and goals of the client. Creativity and nature-informed practices are often woven into the therapeutic process. Leading with curiosity, your therapist will assist you in exploring the complex internal experiences with compassion and unconditional empathetic regard. We offer psychotherapy that honors the genuine connection between personal meaning, imagination, and emotion. Through approaches that may include traditional talk therapy, expressive and experiential arts, Art Therapy, play therapy, and nature-informed practices. These methods can assist individuals in accessing deeper insight, process life experiences, and reconnect with their sense of self. Declassified Daydreams supports individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, identity exploration, gender exploration, stress, trauma, executive functioning challenges, and more. Therapy at Declassified Daydreams is collaborative and individualized. Each person’s strengths, story, and creative capacity guide the process. Creativity can be a powerful pathway for self-understanding. Whether through conversation, artistic expression, experiential, or reflective exploration, Declassified Daydreams’ goal is to provide a safe space where clients can examine their inner landscape and transform insight into meaningful change. Bringing what feels internal, complex, and sometimes unspoken into a space where it can be supported, integrated, and better understood. Feeling overwhelmed or just need someone to talk to in a difficult season of life? Schedule a session with our compassionate therapists and let's work through life's challenges together, side by side.
