My heart has always been drawn to understanding trauma, how our earliest experiences wire us, shape the way we see the world, and can set cycles of reactivity in motion that follow us into our relationships and lives. I'm Alanna, a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate specializing in trauma, abuse, and relationship repair. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families bringing a relational, systemic lens and years of clinical experience working in Domestic Violence intervention in relationships, parenting support, and teaching relational skills. I draw on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotions Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method, Relational Life Therapy (RLT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and mindfulness to help clients slow down, understand their patterns, and build something different. I offer in-person and telehealth therapy in the state of Oregon. Supervised by Mandy Miller, LMFT - #T1614
