My ideal client is a thoughtful, self-aware adult, often neurodivergent, who feels exhausted by over-functioning, self-monitoring, or carrying emotional responsibility for others. Many have experienced complex trauma or CPTSD, leaving them disconnected from their body, overwhelmed by emotional triggers, or stuck in patterns that feel impossible to shift. They seek a safe, collaborative, non-hierarchical space to explore inner psychological dynamics and psychospiritual growth, strengthen boundaries, regulate their nervous system, and integrate insight into embodied action. My work uses Internal Family Systems (IFS) to map and work with your parts, helping your nervous system feel safe as you create lasting change. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), integrated with IFS prep and integration, supporting autonomy, pacing, and regulation. Together, we focus on practical, embodied integration, helping you move from feeling overextended or burdened to living in alignment with your own authority, clarity, and self-trust. This approach supports clients seeking depth, meaningful change, and guidance that honors their individuality and sovereignty.
