Introduction

I haveover 30 years of experience in counseling and therapy, as well as supervising and training other counselors. My focus is on helping people solve their stressors and problems through increased self-awareness, self-acceptance, learning how to make new choices to heal, and live a life worth living. Personal growth, improved relating to others, and spiritual growth are the main areas of focus in my practice. Goals that I hope for my clients include: serenity, self-esteem, courage to live one’s values, successful communication, satisfying relationships, compassion for others and one’s self, wisdom, gratitude, and joy.
