Introduction

I am a licensed LPCC and certified NBCC psychotherapist in the state of CO, with an empathic person-centered approach to counseling. I am here to support you in whatever your goals may be. Whether you want to go deeper into yourself to be more fully alive and joyful, or you are struggling with serious mental health concerns, I’m here to walk through all of it with you. I specialize in the treatment of kids, adolescents, and adults of all genders, cultures, and sexual-orientations. I utilize nature-based therapy and love to get my clients outside of the office and outdoors. My ability to be fully present with you and honor you regardless of where or who you are is what makes me a special. I’ve worked with what some would call the most challenging clients in community mental health and crisis counseling. I honor each individual and am able to hold space for you regardless of what you are walking through.
