Introduction

I am a trauma-informed clinician dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families build healthier relationships, emotional regulation, and lasting healing through a collaborative and personalized therapeutic approach. I believe therapy should be a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel safe to be authentic, explore difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful change at their own pace. My passion for this work comes from a deep interest in understanding how attachment, trauma, communication patterns, and life experiences shape the way we connect with ourselves and others. My clinical approach integrates evidence-based and relationship-focused interventions, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, mindfulness practices, attachment-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. I have experience working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families across behavioral health, child welfare, school-based support, and community mental health settings. In my work with couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, strengthening emotional connection, and helping partners navigate conflict in healthier and more productive ways. Relationship challenges can often leave people feeling unheard, disconnected, or stuck in repetitive cycles. My role is not to take sides, but to create a balanced environment where both individuals feel heard, respected, and understood while working toward healthier patterns of communication and connection. Whether you are navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, life transitions, or personal growth, my goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and empowered while building resilience and creating meaningful, lasting change.
