Hello, I’m Alee. I hold a Master of Arts in Counseling and have over 10 years of experience working in the mental health field. My passion for counseling grew from working with individuals and families from diverse backgrounds and seeing the meaningful difference that compassionate and supportive care can make. I speak English and Amharic. I am available on evening and available on Weekends I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, behavioral concerns, life transitions, substance use, and other mental health concerns. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and respectful of each client’s culture, faith, identity, values, and lived experiences. I incorporate evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. My goal is to meet you where you are and provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, understood, and supported as we work together toward healing, growth, and meaningful change.
