Parenting in 2026 can feel like a lot. Between busy schedules, school pressures, social media, emotional overwhelm, and trying to “do it right,” many parents are carrying more than people realize. Often, families are not just looking for support for their child — they are looking for someone who truly understands the emotional weight of parenting today. Hi, I’m Aleesha Gosal, LMSW, and I work with children, adolescents, and families navigating anxiety, perfectionism, emotional regulation difficulties, school stress, family transitions, self-esteem concerns, and the many challenges that can come with growing up in today’s world. My approach is warm, relational, and developmentally informed. I integrate play therapy, Sandtray, EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and collaborative parent support to help children feel emotionally safe, understood, and more connected to themselves and the people around them. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a Faculty Associate within the Arizona State University School of Social Work, where I teach and mentor graduate-level social work students. Reaching out for support can be difficult, but you do not have to navigate it alone.
