Hello, I’m Alejandra Elizondo. I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner proudly serving children, adolescents, adults, and families in Washington. I am doctorally prepared through Washington State University and bring extensive experience working with individuals experiencing moderate to severe psychiatric challenges. My clinical background includes high-acuity community mental health and inpatient behavioral health settings, where I have supported individuals navigating mood disorders, ADHD, anxiety, PTSD, trauma-related conditions, behavioral disorders, psychosis, and co-occurring substance use concerns. My approach to care is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and patient-centered. I believe mental health treatment should be collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for each person’s lived experience. I strive to create a safe space where healing and growth can occur. I provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, thoughtful medication management, and utilize evidence-based approaches, and strengths-based interventions to help patients build resilience and improve daily functioning.
