Introduction

Hi, I'm Alejandra Hartbeck, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) providing virtual therapy for individuals throughout Colorado in both English and Spanish. I believe therapy is a collaborative process that can help you better understand yourself, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and emotional regulation difficulties. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move toward the life you want. As a bilingual therapist, I recognize that our cultural backgrounds, identities, family values, and lived experiences shape how we view ourselves and the world around us. I strive to provide culturally responsive care that honors each client's unique story, values, and experiences, creating an environment where you feel respected, understood, and accepted for who you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and evidence-based, integrating therapeutic techniques with a strengths-based perspective. Together, we'll develop practical coping skills, build resilience, and work toward the goals that matter most to you. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, navigating a major life transition, healing from past experiences, or seeking personal growth, I'm here to support you every step of the way. Together, we'll work toward healing, growth, and a greater sense of balance and well-being.
