I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being yourself, without judgment or the pressure to have everything figured out. Whether you're navigating a difficult life transition, struggling with anxiety or depression, exploring your identity, or working through painful experiences, you deserve a space where you feel heard, valued, and understood. I'm Alejandra Solomon, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), and I work with children, young adults, and adults navigating life's challenges. I'm especially passionate about supporting individuals from multicultural backgrounds and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I recognize how our identities, relationships, cultural experiences, and environments shape the way we see ourselves and the world around us. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. Together, we'll explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward greater self-awareness, confidence, and emotional well-being. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. You don't need to have all the answers to begin therapy. Sometimes, having a supportive space to explore where you are is the first step toward meaningful change. I offer virtual and in-person therapy at Waves of Change Counseling & Healing and work under the clinical supervision of Annie Donahue, LCSW.
