I believe everyone is on their own unique journey, and healing doesn’t follow a set timeline. I approach therapy with deep respect for your pace, experiences, and strengths. Through a compassionate, client-centered, and trauma-informed lens, I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore, gently challenge yourself, and grow. Together, we’ll build a trusting, collaborative therapeutic relationship that supports meaningful change and helps you move forward in a way that feels authentic and true to you. I take a relational, trauma-informed approach to therapy, meeting clients with care and curiosity. My work is flexible and integrative, drawing from mind-body approaches like IFS and Somatic Therapy, using CBT/DBT tools when helpful, and Play Therapy to support children in healing through connection. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, or relationship challenges. Therapy can feel intimidating, but I meet you where you are, moving at your pace with compassion, curiosity, and support as we work toward healing and growth.
