Introduction

Many of the people I work with are carrying the weight of trauma—whether from childhood experiences, critical incidents, or painful betrayals. They often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally shut down, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to help you find stability, clarity, and healing in the midst of the storm. I specialize in working with trauma survivors, including those impacted by infidelity, pornography addiction, and other compulsive sexual behaviors. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), Certified Clinical Partner Specialist (CCPS), and EMDR-trained clinician, I offer structured, compassionate care to both individuals and couples navigating relational trauma. With nearly 20 years of experience, I’ve supported first responders, military families, trauma survivors, and people who are doing their best to hold it all together. My approach is honest, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that healing begins when you feel seen, heard, and understood. I live in Middle Tennessee with my husband, teen son, and adult daughter. Outside of the therapy room, you’ll find me on a hiking trail, kayaking a river, or laughing at my not-so-impressive pickleball skills. If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure where to start, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I'd be honored to walk with you.
