Sometimes we just need rest—not to work to be heard or validated, but to be met exactly where we are, supported through our struggles and our emotions. Maybe you're an overachiever trying to carve out time for yourself. Maybe you're navigating a difficult relationship and searching for a place to turn. Or maybe you're facing ghosts of the past or present. If any of this resonates with you, keep reading. I am a LCSW with experience supporting folks who have faced significant adversity. I began my career at a domestic/sexual violence crisis center, where I learned the importance of sitting with someone who feels alone, desperate, or directionless. That experience inspired me to deepen my work, leading me back to school to earn my master’s in social work. My therapeutic approach centers on helping people reconnect with themselves, create a more satisfying life, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships. Many clients say that talking with me feels like talking with a trusted friend—someone who listens deeply and walks with them through the hard parts.
