Introduction

Much of my work has centered on supporting individuals and families through significant life changes, grief, and loss. Loss can take many forms—including the death of a loved one, divorce or separation, changes in health, job loss, rejection, or simply adjusting to a life that looks different than expected. My background includes work in hospitals, inpatient and home hospice, palliative care, and telehealth settings. These experiences have allowed me to support people during some of life’s most uncertain moments. Today, I continue to work with individuals and families - at bedside and through telehealth. My goal is to provide a compassionate, steady space where you can process what you are experiencing, feel supported, and find a path forward.
