Hello! My name is Alex Avila. I help men recover from sexual behaviors that have created personal and relational harm and work toward a life full of meaning and purpose. I also help couples get unstuck from negative cycles, recover from infidelity, and build a safe and intimate relationship. I facilitate men's sexual recovery groups and individual and couple intensive therapy and coaching sessions.
