Alex Bradley Ford, LISW (ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS) Hi, I'm Alex! With over 12 years of experience in the mental health field, I'm passionate about helping people feel heard, supported, and valued. I work primarily with children, adolescents, women, and families, focusing on anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, relationships, school challenges, family dynamics, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and centered on meeting you where you are. I believe meaningful change comes from recognizing your strengths, setting manageable goals, and finding opportunities for growth. I bring humor, creativity, and encouragement into the therapeutic process while creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself. I earned my Master of Social Work from Aurora University in 2014. Above all, I believe everyone has inherent worth, and my goal is to create a space where you feel encouraged to recognize yours while moving toward the life you want to build. Taylor Ash, LISW Hi there, I'm Taylor! I've worked in the mental health field for over 13 years and am passionate about helping clients better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that may be keeping them stuck. My areas of focus include relationships and attachment, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, body image, food and eating concerns, and life transitions. I believe therapy isn't about fixing who you are, but rather understanding your experiences, recognizing your strengths, and creating meaningful change. My approach combines compassion, authenticity, and connection, with plenty of realness and a few laughs along the way. I completed my BSW and MSW at the University of Northern Iowa. Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family, metalcore music, being outdoors, and lifting (very) heavy things. I've always been drawn to activities that challenge me, and that same belief in growth, resilience, and showing up authentically carries into the work I do with clients.
