Introduction
I believe therapy can provide an avenue for healing through authenticity, connection, and introspection. I utilize mindfulness, acceptance, and cognitive therapy modalities, and enjoy incorporate faith into the therapeutic process if desired. I work with individuals and adolescents ages 12+. In addition to private practice, Alex has worked in inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings, church ministry, and non-profit settings. In my free time, you can find me spending time outdoors, reading, enjoying a good cup of coffee, and savoring meals with her friends and family.
