I am a physically disabled and neurodivergent therapist who works best with adults of all backgrounds who feel that they've been misunderstood, ignored, or isolated, due to who they are and what they are going through. Whether those feelings stem from disability, illness, queer identity, mental illness, neurodivergence, or another source of chronic stress. Using a blend of effective therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Psychodynamic, and Gestalt, I help clients to identify maladaptive behaviors, unlearn internalized negative self-talk, and gain understanding of their origins to better manage distressing or triggering events. Beginning this process, whether for the first time or after discontinuing your previous relationship, is a source of stress for many clients. My main goal as a therapist is to give you the space to be that version of yourself that nobody else might see—even if that means working together to rebuild it from the ground up!
