Life can feel especially overwhelming when you or your child are navigating the world with a neurodivergent brain. Autism, ADHD, or both (AuDHD) can bring incredible strengths, but they can also come with big emotions, burnout, shutdowns, anxiety, or behaviors that feel hard to manage. None of this means you or your child need to be “fixed.” Instead, it’s about understanding how the brain works, building tools that actually help, and finding support that doesn’t make you feel broken. I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients of all ages and their families, using an affirming, trauma-informed approach. I blend behavior analysis with mental health support to build practical skills, strengthen emotional awareness, and create routines that fit real life - without shame or judgment. You don’t have to do this alone. Whether you’re a parent looking for guidance, a child learning new ways to cope, or an adult wanting to better understand yourself, I offer a safe space where you’re seen, supported, and never asked to change who you are. Together, we’ll work toward more confidence, balance, and connection.
