I am a fully licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I earned my bachelor’s degree from North Carolina State University and my master’s degree from Pfeiffer University. I currently reside in rural North Carolina, just outside of Raleigh. As a dog lover, my dog Gatsby occasionally joins sessions when I am working remotely, so clients may occasionally see or hear him during appointments. In addition to my professional experience, I am also a wife, mother, and stepmother, experiences that have deepened my appreciation for the complexities and transitions that life can bring. I value creating a therapeutic environment that feels genuine, supportive, and human, where clients feel comfortable, understood, and validated.
