Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I love working with teens and adults who feel weighed down by anxiety, big life transitions, or relationship struggles. I earned my Master of Science in Counseling from Southern Methodist University, and since then I’ve had the privilege of supporting clients both in private practice and as a school counselor. These experiences over the past 8+ years have given me a deep understanding of the unique challenges people face at different stages of life. Whether it’s generalized or social anxiety, ADHD, stress, or the growing pains that come with change, my goal is to walk alongside you and help you feel supported, understood, and empowered to move forward.
