I am a supportive, strengths-based therapist specializing in working with children, adolescents, and young adults ages 6–25. I am passionate about helping clients navigate the challenges that come with anxiety, depression, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is grounded in the belief that each individual holds unique strengths and inner resilience, and therapy can be a space to rediscover and build upon them. In my work, I create a warm, collaborative environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. I draw from a range of evidence-based and creative modalities to meet the needs of each client, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Expressive Arts, Sandplay Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Whether we are working through thoughts and emotions with words or through art, play, or mindfulness, my goal is to support clients in developing self-awareness, emotional regulation, and a stronger sense of self. Above all, I aim to walk alongside young people as they explore who they are, what they need, and how to thrive on their own terms.
