There are times when life feels too heavy to carry on our own. You may find yourself swimming in grief, overwhelmed by anxiety, confronting self-criticism, or repeating stuck patterns that leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and others. Therapy is a place to slow down, feel supported, and gently turn inward. I will meet you with warmth and curiosity, creating a non-judgmental, grounding environment where your experiences will be held with compassion and care. I believe healing begins through relationships rooted in safety, presence, and compassion. My approach centers on creating an environment where all parts of you are welcome, including the parts that feel overwhelmed or difficult to understand. I also believe our symptoms often carry important messages, and rather than trying to get rid of them, we can approach them with curiosity and care to better understand what they may be communicating or trying to protect. I support teens navigating life's transitions, offering a gentle place to explore their evolving selves and learn how to nurture their own needs and aspirations. I also work with individuals navigating the waves of grief, the weight of anxiety, or the impact of trauma, as well as those longing to cultivate deeper self-understanding and personal growth. I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master's in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute. I offer online therapy throughout California and welcome both private-pay and insurance clients. If you're interested in scheduling a free consultation, please reach out by email or phone. I look forward to hearing from you.
