I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Massachusetts and New York with a strong interest in how patterns of thinking, feeling, and behavior influence daily life. I provide practical, evidence-based care to support individuals navigating challenges and working toward meaningful change. I earned my PsyD in Clinical Psychology from William James College and completed pre- and postdoctoral fellowships across outpatient, inpatient, and integrated healthcare settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families on concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, neurodevelopmental and cognitive disorders, eating disorders, substance use, and personality-related difficulties. My integrative approach draws from CBT, DBT, ACT, Motivational Interviewing, and family systems frameworks, with treatment tailored to each client. I collaborate with medical providers, schools, and other supports when appropriate. In my practice, I strive to create a respectful, collaborative environment where clients can speak openly and gain clarity about their experiences. Alongside support and validation, I take an active, straightforward approach—helping clients identify patterns, gently but directly point out inconsistencies, and address behaviors or beliefs that may be keeping clients stuck. The goal is to build insight and develop tools that support lasting emotional and psychological well-being.
