Introduction

Welcome— I’m Alexa, a licensed mental health therapist based in Providence, Rhode Island. I enjoy working with all age groups, but specialize in seeing children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s many transitions. Within my practice, I often incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to help build individualized tools for emotional regulation, healthier relationships, and a deeper sense of self-awareness. At the core, person-centered principles are used, focusing on the uniqueness of each individual and ensuring I am creating a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and deeply respectful.
