Introduction

Love gets better on purpose. I work with couples who want to protect what is strong, strengthen what feels less dependable, or find their way out of a repeating cycle. Therapy can help you understand the pattern beneath the conflict, repair after disconnection, rebuild trust, and make important decisions with greater clarity. Grounded in dozens of hours of Gottman Level 1 & 2 Training—scoring 100% on both required exams—my work is relational, trauma-informed, and practical. We slow down the moments conversations go off the rails, identify the cycles underneath, and build communication and repair skills for ordinary life. You do not have to wait until the relationship is falling apart. Whether you are preparing for a next chapter, rebuilding after betrayal, or simply want a strong relationship to keep getting better, I offer a free 15-minute consultation to see whether we may be a good fit. My background as a former financial analyst means I value clarity, structure, and results. I also work with families, teens, and individuals when relational patterns, trauma, recovery, grief, or life changes are present.
