Welcome to Pavlo Therapy. Every person has their own path to walk. Life can be challenging, and there are times when the road ahead feels uncertain. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship concerns, or a major life transition, therapy can help you better understand where you are, where you'd like to go, and how to move forward with confidence. At Pavlo Therapy, we believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical. Our work is grounded in what I call the Wayfinder Approach. Together, we'll create a roadmap, identify obstacles that may be standing in your way, and develop the skills and insights needed to build lasting change. Growth rarely happens all at once. More often, it's built brick by brick through small, intentional steps that help you find your way forward. I'm Alexander Pavlo, LCSW, founder and therapist at Pavlo Therapy. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Temple University and have spent my career helping individuals access and navigate mental health care. My professional experience includes serving as an Intake Coordinator and currently as a Director for a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), where I've helped individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges connect with effective treatment and support. At Pavlo Therapy, you'll work directly with me from your first consultation through ongoing therapy. I personally conduct all consultations, assessments, and therapy sessions to ensure consistent, individualized care tailored to your unique goals and needs. I provide telehealth psychotherapy for adults and older adolescents (16+) throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My approach incorporates evidence-based treatments, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Prolonged Exposure (PE) for trauma, DBT-informed skills, and Motivational Interviewing. Your path is uniquely your own. I'm here to walk alongside you as you find your way. Reach out today to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
