Introduction

I am a California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing telehealth therapy for adults, with more than 15 years of clinical experience. I support adults whose earlier experiences continue to shape how they see themselves, manage emotions, and connect with others. Trauma, difficult childhood experiences, ADHD, anxiety, chronic stress, and relationship difficulties can leave people feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, emotionally exhausted, or stuck. The people who seek my help are often thoughtful, capable, and resilient. Many learned to cope by becoming highly independent, responsible, or focused on caring for others. Over time, these familiar patterns can make it difficult to recognize their own needs, feel secure in relationships, or experience genuine satisfaction in life. I do not believe these struggles mean that something is wrong with you. They often reflect the ways your mind and body learned to adapt and protect you. My approach is trauma-focused, somatic, and grounded in the connection between the mind, body, and nervous system. Together, we explore how your experiences have shaped the way you think, feel, relate to others, and respond to stress. As awareness grows, so does your ability to regulate emotions, make intentional choices, build healthier relationships, and feel more present in your life. My work is informed by Pesso Boyden System Psychomotor, Polyvagal-informed therapy, Gestalt therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and relational approaches. These methods guide my work, but therapy remains centered on you—your experiences, your needs, and the life you want to create. I am also a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider. I help adults understand how ADHD may affect attention, motivation, organization, emotional regulation, relationships, and self-esteem. Along with practical strategies, we work to reduce shame and develop a more compassionate understanding of how your mind works. My goal is not simply to help you feel less anxious or overwhelmed. It is to help you feel more connected to yourself, more secure in your relationships, more confident in your choices, and more able to experience meaning, satisfaction, and joy. Healing is not about becoming someone new. It is about becoming more fully yourself. Lasting change develops through repeated experiences of awareness, safety, connection, and choice. Capacity is built through patterns, not moments.
