My name is Ali and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based out of Carlsbad, Ca. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) along with Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) Informed and Mindfulness Techniques. My style is warm, yet direct and my approach to treatment focuses on teaching skills to target specific symptoms, understanding and breaking the cycles of anxiety/depression and addressing painful emotions or triggers that may be impacting you. I have 10+ years of experience using this approach to treat anxiety disorders, depression, complicated grief, and PTSD/trauma.
